2018年国庆放假通知及假期安全提示

亲爱的国际学生朋们：

根据学校规定，我校国庆假期时间为2018年9月29日-2018年10月7日。假期即将到来,为使同学们渡过一个安全、快乐、祥和的假期,保障假期后的正常学习生活，国际学生办公室现温馨提示如下：

Dear International Students:

According to the arrangement of BLCU, 2018 National Day holiday is from Sep. 29th to Oct. 7th . In order to have a safe, happy and peaceful holiday and to ensure your normal campus life after the holiday, here are some safety tips for you:

1.不酗酒,不扰民,不滋事,不去酒吧聚众喝酒。

1.Do not get drunk, do not disturb other people, do not cause trouble, do not go to the pub or drink in large groups.

2.外出时注意随身携带和保管好护照等证件。

2.When go out, bring your passport and other documents with you.

3.遵守宿舍管理规定，严禁使用危险电器明火。注意防火、防盗。离开房间时要切断电源，关好窗户，锁好房门。

3.Abide by dormitory management regulations the use of dangerous electrical appliances is prohibited. Pay attention to fire prevention and theft prevention. Turn off the power when leaving the room, keep doors and windows locked.

4.外出旅行的同学须选择安全可靠的旅行社。保管好自己的财物。注意人身安全。要格外注意入住宾馆的消防逃生示意图、消防通道等

4.Do choose reliable travel agents, take care of personal belongings and pay attention to personal safety. When stay in hotel, pay special attention to fire escape routes

5.遵守交通规则

文明出行，文明过马路，文明驾驶。

不酒驾，不疲劳驾驶，不独自搭乘黑摩的、黑出租。

不购买、不骑行、不乘坐无牌无证的两轮摩托、电动（燃油）三轮摩托车和电动自行车。

5.Observe the traffic regulations.

Do not drive drunk or tired, do not patronize unauthorized taxis. Do not buy or ride unlicensed motorcycles, electric Motorcycles and electric bicycles.

6.国庆节期间外出旅游高峰将至，社会道路交通客流大增，极易发生交通拥堵。请同学们注意出行安全，选择正规安全的交通工具，尽量避免交通高峰时段出行。

6.National Day holidays will witness a peak of hiking tourism, road traffic increases tremendously and traffic congestion often occurs.

Please pay attention to travel safety, choose safe transportation and try to avoid traveling during rush hours.

7. 注意防范各种类型的电信及金融诈骗，确保个人财产安全。

7.Take precautions against all types of phone and financial fraud to ensure the safety of personal property.

8.在遇到抢劫行凶、盗窃诈骗等事件时，请及时拨打公安报警电话：110; 如遇火警，请拨打电话：119; 当你遇到交通事故或意外伤病需要急救时，请拨打救护电话：120或999

8.In the event of robbery, theft or fraud, please call the police on: 110

In case of a fire, please call: 119 

When you encounter traffic accidents or accidental injuries, call the ambulance on: 120 or 999.
