In order to meet the needs of Chinese and international students for physical exercise during the epidemic prevention and control period, in combination with the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control in Beijing and the actual conditions of BLCU, it has been decided through research that our school will, gradually and orderly, open the school sports ground in stages until it is completely opened after the epidemic. The specific plan is as follows:
I. Open time for the first phase:
The first phase is from now until June 17, 2020. During this period, the sports ground will be opened from 16: 00 to 19: 00 every day. The second phase will be started in due course depending on the epidemic situation in Beijing.
II. Admission personnel for the first phase:
1. The sports ground is only open to Chinese and international students in our school. In order to avoid the possibility of close contact, it is temporarily closed to other groups such as teaching staff, retirees, residents in the family area, personnel from other units, etc.
2. Students will enter the sports ground with their student ID card and campus pass. The maximum number of students entering the sports ground is 200 per day.
III. Admission Notice
1. The entrance is located at the south gate of the sports ground (opposite the tennis court);
2. The admission personnel must wear masks, cooperate with the staff to show relevant certificates, take temperature and make registration. Those whose temperature is or higher than 37.3℃ cannot enter the sports ground;
3. The personnel entering the sports ground must obey the management and must not gather. Ball games are limited to practice, and intensive physical contact and confrontational activities are not allowed;
4. The personnel entering the sports ground should pay attention to maintaining the sanitation. No littering, spitting, smoking and taking good care of sports equipment;
5. After the opening hours every day, the staff will clear the site on time;
6. For those who violate the admission regulations, the management personnel have the right to persuade them to leave. For disobedience to the regulations, the management personnel will jointly handle the case with the Security Department and the student management department.
It is hoped that students can fully understand the caution and necessity of the current epidemic prevention and control stage and the time-limited, flow of people limited measures to open up sports ground. We appreciate your understanding, support and cooperation.
