Participants:
The school leaders, part of the teachers and students and the representatives of Chinese and foreign students. (around 40 people)
Procedure:
1.Propaganda and mobilization: organize and liaise in advance, making sure the participants and grouping them.
2.The participants gather at the building 12.
3.Speech by school leaders.
4.The introduction of the trees’ general situation, the growth habit of trees, the tree species and the matters needing attention for this planting.
5.Take Group photos of participants.
6.Plant and water the trees in groups.
