International students must purchase comprehensive medical insurance in accordance with relevant China and BLCU regulations. Those who fail to purchase the comprehensive medical insurance cannot enroll. Returning students who fail to purchase the comprehensive medical insurance cannot register. The fee for medical insurance is: 800 RMB/year, 400 RMB /semester.
1. New students are required to purchase one-year medical insurance.
2. Returning students can purchase medical insurance by semester or by academic year.
3. If you do not feel well and need to go to the hospital, please call the insurance company and it will provide you with suggestions on hospitals and guidance on payment and compensation. If you are in emergency, go to the hospital first, and then call the insurance company for guidance in payment and compensation.
4. The insurance company has a service center on campus at One-stop Service Center.

Note: The Medical Insurance referred to here, only covers payment for the general ward of public hospitals. Payment for the foreign guest ward, special ward, VIP ward, private hospitals, and joint venture hospitals is not included. Compensation is only available within insurance coverage. Please keep all receipts, records, and invoices for the compensation.
