Annual appraisal scholarship review of Chinese Government Scholarship for 2019 has been initiated. Here is the detailed information.
参评学生 Students involved
1. 下一学年继续享受奖学金者（包括预科生、汉补生）；
2. 原定学习期限结束后申请延长奖学金期限的奖学金生；
3. 上年度奖学金评审不合格被中止奖学金资格或减免部分奖学金的学生。
1.Students who are going to receive scholarship for the next academic year, including preparatory students and students who are making up for their Chinese language learning;
2. Students who originally planned to graduate in July 2019, but applied for extension and meet the extension requirements;
3. Students whose scholarship has been terminated or reduced since they failed last year's scholarship review.
相关事宜 What you need to do
1. 请尽快到各学院学生办公室领取《中国政府奖学金年度评审表》。
汉语学院：教一楼1018A房间；
汉语进修学院：教一楼911房间；
预科教育学院：教一楼1125房间；
其它院系：综合楼A 403房间。
2. 请于4月22日下班前将填写好的《中国政府奖学金年度评审表》及相关材料交到各学院学生办公室

2. Fill out the form and hand in the form and other supporting materials to the office which is responsible for you, before 5:00 p.m.,April 22th.

逾期不交者，学校将按自动放弃奖学金处理。
Students who fail to submit the transcript will be automatically abandoned by the University.
