Business Introduction
1) Visa Service
Location: Visa Service at One-Stop Service Center
Office Hours: 12:30 – 15:30, from Monday to Friday (The working hours during the epidemic prevention period will be adjusted according to the actual situation, please stay tuned to the notice.)

Payment: Cash/Online payment.
2) Medical Insurance
Address: Medical Insurance Service at One-Stop Service Center
Office Hours: 13:00-15:30, every Monday (The working hours during the epidemic prevention period will be adjusted according to the actual situation, please keep track of the updates.)
Required materials: Cash, passport and relevant materials for claim settlement.
Payment: Cash/Online payment.
3) Documents and Certificates
Location: Department of International Student Affairs branch at One-Stop Service Center of Comprehensive Building

①Certificates: Studying Certificate, Completed Courses Certificate, Graduation Certificate, Pre-graduation Certificate, Degree Certificate, Non-criminal Record Certificate, Scholarship Students Certificate, Advanced Placement Certificate, etc. Other services are as follows:
②Reapplying for a Certificate of Completion.
③Reapplying for a Student ID card.
④Translation and verification of English transcript.
⑤Translation of associate degree certificate.
⑥Signature and stamp: For Arrival at School Certificate/Leaving School Certificate of exchange students, Living Expenses Certificate, Academic Certificate, etc.
